After gaining experience in sales back office, I now manage the Italian market.<\/p>\n<p>My journey with O.N.A.O.O. began in September 2023 with the Official Technical Course, where I obtained the Physiological Aptitude Certificate for Olive Oil Tasting. Since then, I have regularly attended certified tasting sessions and national conferences while enrolling in the Two-Year Professional Tasting Program. In June 2026, I earned the qualification of Professional Olive Oil Taster.<\/p>\n<p>Today, I apply the knowledge and skills I have acquired to the selection and sensory evaluation of the olive oils marketed by my company.
