Registration is essential because qualified national and international organizations and companies in the sector draw from the Register to find industry experts to include in their business or educational settings where the figure of the taster, selector or Master Blender is required.

The advanced course, as for the previous courses, is held by highly qualified trainers –professionals of high caliber in the olive oil industry who dedicate their lives to analyzing, understanding, developing, and spreading knowledge about olive oil.

The first year includes:
  • A two-day theoretical-practical course in presence in the O.N.A.O.O. premises
  • Seven online sessions:
  • five study and tasting boxes, each one sent about every two months to be held online with the coach
  • two self-evaluation boxes with compilation and submission of results to be corrected with the coach during the online session

All the sessions are recorded and sent to all the participants for a review exercise between one session and another.

The second year includes:
  • Seven online sessions:
    • five study and tasting boxes, each one sent about every two months to be held online with the coach
    • two self-evaluation boxes with compilation and submission of results to be corrected with the coach during the online session
