March 2023, I attended the OFFICIAL TECHNICAL COURSE FOR OLIVE OIL TASTERS, and later, in November 2025, I became a PROFESSIONAL TASTER.
I currently work mainly on the Meriggio brand, which is closely linked to the “ulivi in Langa” project.
We have planted 4 hectares of olive trees in the municipality of Alba to produce the first 100% Langa extra virgin olive oil.
The path I followed with ONAOO has been a key milestone in my professional growth and has guided me toward this fully integrated supply-chain project.
