The advanced course allows you to consolidate and deepen your knowledge of olive oil tasting and obtain the qualification of O.N.A.O.O. Professional Taster.
Only those who meet the following requirements can enroll in the Advanced Course:
Hold the Certificate of Physiological Aptitude for Tasting
Have attended at least 3 days of the O.N.A.O.O. Official Technical Course for Aspiring Olive Oil Tasters
Be a member of O.N.A.O.O.
Passing the final exam confers the ONAOO Professional Taster Qualification and the inclusion in the International Register of Professional Tasters for that year.
In order to remain on the Register in the following years, it is necessary to participate in the Annual Professional Updating Meeting organized by ONAOO.

Non participating in the Meeting does not cause the loss of the ONAOO Professional Taster Qualification.
